Contact Sportsimba
The way to reach Sportsimba is by email, at hello@sportsimba.co.uk. Sportsimba Journal publishes this site; there is no phone line, postal office or live chat.
Reporting a mistake
If a guide gets a rule, a calculation or a term wrong, tell us which page and which sentence, and what you think it should say. A corrected guide shows the date it was updated.
What we cannot help with
Sportsimba is not a bookmaker, so it cannot look into a bet, an account or a payment. Questions like those belong with the bookmaker that holds your account. If betting has stopped feeling like fun, take a break and talk to someone you trust.
Other messages
Questions about a guide, suggestions for a topic you would like explained and other messages about the site are welcome at the same address.
